How we collect, use, and protect the data you submit through AccGPT's AI services and API — plainly and transparently.
All data submitted through our API is protected by technical and administrative security measures.
We clearly disclose how your inputs are routed to AI models and how those providers handle your data.
You retain the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data at any time.
AccGPT ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this API Privacy Policy. This policy informs you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data submitted through AccGPT's AI services and API (the "Service"), and the choices you have associated with that information. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service and our API Terms of Service.
This API Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected as you access https://AccGPT.net and interact with our AI-powered tools and API endpoints. Please read this policy carefully before using our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described here. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should not use the Service.
We may modify this API Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes that affect how we collect, use, or disclose personal data — or that impact your rights — we will provide advance notice by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service following notice of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We collect personal data when you use our Service. Personal data is any information that relates to you, identifies you personally, or could be used to identify you — including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and IP address. Any text or data you input into the Service ("Inputs") that includes personal data will also be collected by us.
Important — AI Model Processing. We do not control, and are not responsible for, AI models' handling of your Inputs or their outputs ("Outputs"), including any use in model training by third-party providers. To understand how your Inputs are handled by the underlying AI models, please review the terms of the relevant AI providers used by AccGPT.
The personal data we may collect directly from you includes:
As you interact with our Site or Service, we may automatically collect:
We may use cookies, embedded scripts, and similar tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies") to collect additional personal data automatically and to personalize your experience. We use the following types of cookies:
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Can Be Disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Essential for the Site to function, including access to secure areas. Do not gather data for marketing. | No — required for operation |

You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Note that disabling cookies may prevent access to certain areas of the Site. For more information, visit allaboutcookies.org.
We may use third-party analytics tools — such as Google Analytics — to monitor and analyze use of our Site. Google Analytics tracks and reports Site traffic; you can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out of Google Analytics data collection using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We may also collect clickstream data — including device type, browser type, average session duration, and access times — using analytics platforms that may include session replay features.
Pages and emails may contain web beacons (clear gifs, pixel tags) and session replay tools to track interactions, count visits, and monitor Site performance. We do not use these technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising.
We will only use your personal data as described in this policy, or as disclosed to you prior to such processing. The purposes for which we may use your personal data include:
We may process personal data in aggregated or de-identified form to analyze the effectiveness of our Service and understand user behavior. Specifically:
We may share or disclose your personal data only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers. We may engage other companies and individuals to facilitate our Site and Service, perform Service-related tasks, or analyze how the Service is used. Service Providers have access to your personal data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Affiliates and Corporate Partners. We may share your personal data with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners.
Corporate Transactions. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets — whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings — personal data held about our users may be among the assets transferred. By using the Service, you consent to any such assignment or transfer of rights to your personal data.
Analytics. We may share aggregated, de-identified information (for example, general usage trends) publicly and with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners.
With Your Consent. We may disclose your personal data for any purpose with your explicit consent.
As Required by Law. We may disclose personal data as required by applicable laws, regulations, judicial or government orders, or subpoenas. We will preserve and disclose information to law enforcement agencies or other authorities if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal or regulatory process; (b) enforce our Terms of Service and other policies; (c) respond to claims that content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of AccGPT, our employees, our users, and the public.
We do not sell your personal data. AccGPT does not sell your personal data to any third party, as that term is defined under applicable privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA.
If you do not wish to have your contact information used for promotional purposes, you may opt out by emailing us HERE, by unsetting the allow emails option in your account user settings, or by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in any marketing email. Please note that opt-out requests may take a reasonable amount of time to process. This opt-out does not apply to transactional, account-related, or service notification emails.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You may review and update your personal data by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page, or by contacting us at HERE.
If you no longer wish to use the Service or have your personal data processed, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will confirm your request via email before processing. Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone. All associated personal data will be deleted, unless we are required to retain it for regulatory, compliance, legal, or business necessity purposes.
Depending on where you live and the laws applicable in your country or state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any right below, you or your authorized agent may submit a request HERE. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
We implement and maintain physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to protect your data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers protected by firewalls.
The security of your information also depends on you. If we have given you — or if you have chosen — a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone.
While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights or freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes required by applicable law — within 72 hours where feasible under GDPR.
Our Service may be linked to, rely on, or integrate with websites, applications, interfaces, and platforms operated by other companies, including third-party AI model providers ("Third-Party Services"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any Third-Party Services linked to, relied upon by, or integrated with our Site.
Once you leave our Site via a link, or access a third-party service, you should check that service's applicable privacy policy to determine how they process personal data they may collect about you. This API Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by AccGPT.
AI Provider Note. When you submit Inputs to the Service, those Inputs may be routed to third-party AI model providers for processing. AccGPT does not control how those providers handle your Inputs. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of the AI providers whose models are used within AccGPT.
We are subject to applicable laws on the retention of information and will retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to comply with our business and legal obligations, meet regulatory and compliance requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We maintain a compliance program that includes appropriate data governance procedures. When the personal data we have collected is no longer required, we and our service providers will perform the necessary procedures for destroying, deleting, erasing, or converting it into an anonymous form, as permitted or required by applicable law.
AccGPT's Site and Service is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that, if you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian has granted you permission to use the Service — or that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use our Site or Service.
AccGPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete such information. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is higher than 13 — for example, 16 in certain EU member states under GDPR Article 8 — we apply the higher applicable age threshold.
When you access our Site or Service, your personal data may be transferred to our servers in the United States, or to other countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the UK. When information is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we ensure it benefits from adequate legal protection by relying on:
Adequacy Decisions: Transfers to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection under Article 45 of the GDPR.
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 of the GDPR, which allow companies in the EEA to transfer data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.
You may request a copy of the relevant transfer safeguards by contacting us.
All disputes arising out of or relating to this API Privacy Policy or the use of AccGPT's Service shall be governed by the laws applicable to AccGPT's operations, regardless of where you access the Site or Service, and notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. For questions about the governing law applicable to your specific situation, please contact us.
The GDPR and several U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA, Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and Texas TDPSA) require specific disclosures about how we collect, use, and share personal data. The information below supplements the rest of this policy.

A list of EU data protection authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. In the UK, the relevant authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
One standard for everyone. Rather than applying minimum privacy standards by jurisdiction, AccGPT applies its strongest privacy commitments — no selling of personal data, no cross-context behavioral advertising, and full rights to access, correction, and deletion — to all users regardless of location.
To exercise any privacy right, submit a data access or deletion request, or ask any question about this API Privacy Policy, contact our data controller directly. We aim to respond within 30 days.
